The Event That Doesn't End
Every event is a cost you repeat — from zero, every year. Pointed at loyalty, it becomes a program you grow.
Every event holds a moment worth building — and a relationship worth carrying forward.
A brand gathers its people — customers, partners, prospects, its own field — and spends enormous sums to do it well. Months of planning, a serious production budget, thousands of people in one room feeling something real.
There is a whole industry of good event technology to make those days hum: registration, agendas, gamification, badge scans, leaderboards, the app that nudges you to the next session. It runs the room, and it runs it well.
Then the room goes dark. Everyone flies home, the app goes quiet, and the energy that cost a fortune evaporates — until next time, when you do it again from zero.
The first journey is the event's own: thought to room, strategy to showtime.
Tricycle Studios produces a great deal of the creative that fills these events, and works with our network of specialists to plan, manage the internal and external teams, and launch events of all types, for different audiences, depending on our clients' needs.
Every event holds two journeys. The first is the event's own — the road from a thought to a live room. That journey belongs to the team.
Eyeful Presentations owns the strategy: the narrative thinking that makes the moment say something. They are a UK firm and longtime partner of Tricycle. Tricycle Studios typically owns the creative production: every asset the event runs on, built by our network of 300+ specialists. And Molecular Media owns the AV, the media, and the show itself — a company we've called a sister for the better part of a decade.
Strategy, to production, to showtime: the three of us striving to make every event worth every dollar.
The second journey belongs to the attendee — and it should not reset at the door.
The second journey is the attendee's — and it's the one we saw the opportunity to enhance. We have enjoyed pointing our proprietary loyalty technology at places it doesn't usually go: a procurement RFP, a devaluing pile of airline miles, a pint of beer, an enterprise's own AI. “The Event” was simply the next one.
Offered as an option, not a requirement. Plenty of brands just want a great event, and that's a very good day's work for everyone involved.
But, for the ones who want the Event to do more — and to keep doing it in between events — we brought our enterprise loyalty platform, InsightsOutward™, to the table.
A richer moment. A relationship over time.
Here's what it lights up — two things the engagement apps don't.
First, it makes the event, and the moments within the event itself, richer. The attendee isn't chasing points on a leaderboard; they're earning status, access, and rewards that matter, recognized in real time. The days become a value exchange.
Second, it doesn't reset. One identity, one standing, carried from this event to the next — across a series, or across the single flagship you run once a year. Attendance becomes a measured, continuing relationship instead of an annual sugar high.
The same engine runs a booth, a summit, and everything between.
There's no shortage of event technology, and plenty of it runs the room well. But when we scanned the “competitive” field, we couldn't find anyone providing both of those at once: a richer moment, and perhaps more importantly, the continuity that compounds across events.
Most tools are built for the three days: engage, then go quiet. Our loyalty platform was built for exactly this — recognition in the moment, and a relationship over time.
A single booth or a global multi-city series; a customer summit or an internal sales meeting; in person or hybrid. Prospects want access, customers want to feel like insiders, partners want standing, your own people want to leave activated. Point this same engine at any of them, and the event stops being a cost you repeat, and morphs into a program you grow.
The event can end on Monday. The relationship should not.
This is the Studios model doing what it has always done: bring the best of the best to the table, and make something greater together that none of us could provide alone.
This time we pointed it at one of the most critical things a brand does — events for its employees, field force, partners, prospects, and customers — and gave it a reason not to end on Monday.

How does InsightsOutward extend an event beyond the days it runs?
How is an event loyalty platform different from an event engagement app?
What can attendees earn besides points?
What kinds of events and audiences can use the same loyalty engine?
Does the loyalty layer replace existing event technology?
